2001 Maniacs

"3 out of 5" - Buddha

What do you get when you mix Kane Hodder, Robert Englund, and my homie - the man, the legend...MAD MAN FUCKING PONDO...A damn good and fun movie!

There ya go, I gave you the major people in this movie. The only other one would be that of the dopey partying cop from Cabin Fever, whose name I just don't know.

It's about a group a people on their way to Spring Break but get detoured by a road being out and end up in old old southern town. Not just one car load of kids, which I was glad to see, but two cars and also the random guy and gal on the motorcycle. From the get go there is a strange feeling about this old southern town, but they are having a celebration and any out of towners are the guests of honor. Right, seems kinda weird. Well it is.

Turns out these southern gentleman and ladies are the ghosts of the people that lived in that town and were all killed during the civil war. Don't worry I didn't ruin anything for you, it's not like that was a secret. And the ghosts are actually quite nice, other than the ripping people limb from limb and pouring acid down throats, they give one of the northerners, who is originally from the south, to change his way and be the southerner that is in his blood.

This movie is a MUST SEE. I'm going to BUY IT. RENT IT! Do whatever it is you got to do but DEFINITELY SEE THIS MOVIE!

THE SOUTH WILL RISE AGAIN!
